Mr. H. A. Vora is the Chief Executive Officer. He received his B.Sc.Tech.
degree in Chemical Engineering in 1950 from the University Department
of Chemical Technology (UDCT) of Bombay University, India's premier
academic institution. Thereafter, for a short while, he has worked with
Chlor-Alkali's production plant before venturing in to setting up his
own small scale manufacturing unit near Bombay. He has over five decades
of hands-on manufacturing experience in the fields of chlorine, sulphur,
benzene and toluene based organic and inorganic chemicals. He is also
at ease with retail trading and marketing of organic and inorganic chemicals
and solvents.
Being a research & development chemist by training, and at the helm
of a manufacturing plant throughout his career with the company, Mr.
Vora always thrived for the development of new products. He has to his
credit a number of technical papers published in chemical trade magazines
on the subject as varied as the needs and requirement of small -scale
chemical units in India.

During his illustrated career as the businessman, Mr. Vora was nominated
to various State and Central government's small industries advisory
committees in India. He was a member of the Customs Advisory Committee
for 3 years. He was also a member of Central Excise Regional Advisory
Committee for small- scale unit in India. He actively participated in
these committees, helping governmental agencies in the formulation of
pro-industries policies to support growth of small scale industries
in India. He always remained pro-small scale manufacturing industries.
Mr. Vora has been the founder President of Indian Small Scale Chemical
Manufacturers' Association, and remained at this position for 7 years.
He was also the Vice President of Federation of Small Scale Industries
in India for 4 years. He was a member of the American Chemical Society
and presently is a 'senior' member of the society. Mr. Vora has been
an invitee speaker for various local conferences & seminars on the manufacture
of Organic and Inorganic chemicals by small scale units in India.

In efforts to focus on an on-going diversification of company's chemical
& intermediates business, to develop newer product-lines, and to support
company's search for high-tech applications product, including speciality
chemicals for modified rubber and advanced plastic/rubber products,
which could be vertically integrated in company's core business, we
have invited Mr. Rohit , a senior consultant affiliated with the Advance
Polymers Research, of New Jersey, U.S.A to join the company as an Adjunct
Consultant in company's R&D department. Mr. Rohit is monomer/polymer
scientist of international repute. He has a Masters degree in Polymer
Science from the Brooklyn Polytechnic of New York, U.S.A. He is a co-author
of over 40 Patents and 15 Publications in the field of speciality plastics
& advanced high performance polymers and formulations. Presently as
an adjunct consultant, Mr. Rohit is assisting company to venture in
to the research development of new generation of products to be utilized
for the captive consumption in the manufacturing of speciality chemical
products for the applications in synthesis of high performance polymers
for Electronics & Automotive industries. He is also a member of American
Chemical Society.
He
is also assisting us in establishing joint technical collaboration /
licensing with companies whose technology/products is complementary
to company's core business.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Bombay University and has
also obtained Industrial Management Diploma from the Works Institute
of London, U.K. He has got about 25 years of broad experience in family
business and has 'Techno-Commercial' expertise in the field of Trading
and Marketing of industrial chemicals like Solvents & Intermediates
for Rubber, Dyes, Pharmaceuticals, Pesticides etc.
As
a Managing Partner, presently, he controls the various functions of
company including Marketing, Finance & Future Plans of the company.
